Hi, the Fsltl installer is not working. It keeps giving not only me but a lot of people an error code. Is any moderator aware of the bug? Are y’all going to fix it? I’ve did EVERYTHING on my end.

It is much more likely an issue on your side - I will test but you should try and use a VPN, turn of your Firewall and Antivirus - in most cases one of these three things solves the issue.

.fsltl - you can ask there if they provide the files somewhere else - I actually currently do not know

Here a vid from my installation just now - quite boring 😄 but the point I want to make is that there is no general issue on our side.

Unfortunately I have no experience with Proton VPN myself - any VPN service would do. The idea is to overcome potential local blockages of the download in your country.

We know from many uses that often their providers block or insufficiently route internet traffic. Thisis why we recommend a VPN in this case.
Sometimes it is in courtries where you would excpect it (e.g. China, Russia, ...) sometimes even in other countries, where you would not expect it.
Bottom line - nothing we can fix or influence on our end.

I had the same problem as you, I deactivated the firewall and antivirus and now the installation works
