Got this error code MLBYQ2VGFZI4TS it says there was a permissions error, when I go into my community folder and try to manually delete it wont let me, plz help

it all started when bitdefender quarentined my fsltl and simbridge

You can find solutions regarding the permission problem in the link below, though when you can't delete the folder yourself you have a different problem.
Try deleting it with admin rights.

in the security options, special permissions is unchecked, is that a problem

We can't give you support with your antivirus or windows itself. If you don't have admin rights and can't delete the folder with your normal rights you'll have to talk to the person who does.
