How to fix this, when approaching according to the BINO1L ILS Z Rwy 02 transit PITOP to Sochi airport (URSS) route is drawn incorrectly, I am attaching a pdf with the approach diagram, thanks in advance!

The plane simply cannot turn that tight, so it falls back to what it can do with it's minimum turn radius. Same behaviour in a real A320
If you want it to overfly PITOP you will need to set the overfly flag on it, but it seems that is not how the navdata you're using is coded

It's not something you can fix. If you're using the default navdata you could try the navigraph one (with a subscription), but that's about it.

The triangle key on the keypad of the MCDU is the overfly flag, you can enter it in the scratchpad and drop it on any waypoint in your flightplan
