FlyByWire only supports the installer, not the 3rd party add-ons themselves.
You need to close the sim before trying to update the aircraft
Close both the installer and the sim, then open the installer and try again
If you encounter an error with the installer, please send a copy of the installer log here in #a32nx-support To do this:
- Open the debug tool with ^Ctrl + F12
- Find and select 'Console' in the top menu
- Right click anywhere in the log displayed
- Click 'Save as' and send the log to us

The issue isn't in our control.
I might do some things to mitigate it but I can't really fix your ISP not routing correctly to cloudflare
I am sorry to comment here, but I too live in the UAE, and after updating the installer I started facing these issues. I had also posted but no fix.
Did you try the VPN?
