I am not able to do anything. I tried switching folders and download location still nothing. Even if I tried to install it doesn’t install.

If you encounter an error with the installer, please send a copy of the installer log here in #a32nx-support To do this:

  1. Open the debug tool with ^Ctrl + F12
  2. Find and select 'Console' in the top menu
  3. Right click anywhere in the log displayed
  4. Click 'Save as' and send the log to us

and I also deleted the fbw aircraft now

and when I click on install via the installer it doesnt do anything

I have in the past have had to find the location of where it installs to, delete it then install it. It'll be as if you launch it for the 1st time. Occasionally, I've had to do this and it works. Not sure if this will work for you
