Divine Revolte
HP: 130
ATK: 13
DEF: 13
SPD: 13
Ability: Focus. Revolte starts with 100 Focus. Every time Revolte takes 1 DMG, reduce his focus by 1. For every 25 focus Revolte loses, lose 1 Divine Cleaving Sword.
Sub-ability: Divine Cleaving Swords. Revolte starts with 4 Divine Cleaving Swords. When Revolte loses a sword, lose 1 ATK, 1 DEF, and 1 SPD.
Moves
Flurry of Blades (x2): Deal one 3 DMG hit for every Divine Cleaving Sword. Costs 4 HP for every hit. Transforms into Bare-Handed Strike when Revolte has no more swords.
Predatory Rampage (x2): Deal 8 DMG. If Revolte is at 70 HP or less, deal 15 DMG instead. Costs 11 HP. Transforms into Bare-Handed Strike when Revolte has no more swords.
Tail Whip (x2) - Deal 7 DMG. Opponent’s DEF-3 and SPD-3 for two turns. Costs 5 HP. Transforms into Flurry of Blades after Revolte’s HP is reduced to 80 for the first time this combat. If Revolte has no swords, transforms into Bare-Handed Strike instead.
Riposte (x2): Priority+2. TrueDef+20 for one turn. If attacked this turn, gain 2 ATK and 3 SPD for two turns. Transforms into Power Through when Revolte has no more swords.
Power Through (x1): Priority+2. Heal 15 HP. At the end of the next 3 turns, lose 5 HP.
Enchanted Armaments (x2): Gain 2 ATK and 2 SPD. If Revolte’s ATK is less than opponent’s DEF, set Revolte’s ATK equal to opponent’s DEF and lose 8 HP. Transforms into Power Through when Revolte has no more swords.
Bare-Handed Strike (x0): Priority+1. 9 DMG. Costs 12 HP.
Hemmung: Nebeladora - Bewitching Fog (x1): Reduce opponent’s ATK, DEF, and SPD by 2 for 3 turns. Every turn, discard one card from the opponent’s hand and add a Foggy to the opponent’s hand.
Hemmung: Nebeladora - Creeping Fog (x1): At the end of the next 2 turns, deal 2 DMG between 1-3 times (max total of 4 hits).
Jung: Imposter Among Us (x1): Sometime in 2-4 turns, deal 6 DMG with 100% DEF Pierce to the opponent.
Solide: Medrozobalt (x2): Deal 7 DMG and gain 5 DEF for one turn.
Status Card: Foggy: Remove from deck when played.
Revolte’s concept is based around a deck that changes characteristics as the fight goes on like his fight with Stark and Genau as well as supporting moves from his cadre
What's a cadre
He starts with a stat-focused multihit set that tries to exploit temporary debuffs from Bewitching Fog, Tail Whip, and Riposte
I meant it like his posse

LETS GO JUNG!
As Revolte takes more damage, his set becomes much more focused on single big hits with him both losing ATK and his predatory strike gaining damage
Finally, when all swords are broken, he enters a desperation mode. Being unable to block and use most sword moves but having easy access to a priority move, Bare-Handed Strike
He acts kind of like a berserker in many ways and is hyperoffense based
He has limited permanent scaling in his Enchanted Weapons move. Giving only +2 ATK and +2 SPD. But its secondary effect let’s him remain even with defensive scalers at the cost of his HP
He has high HP but his HP costs are also high and he has no natural way of gaining DEF
He is in essence an anti-scaling character who relies on his strong offense and durability to win early and becomes somewhat weaker yet still dangerous in the end game
My main questions to the tcg mod guys is what is the criteria for characters getting added and like how many do they plan to add will more get added the more popular tcg gets or are there not enough people to help code all that
They used to be selected by a mixture of voting and developer preference with every patch
That probably will be different given the changes in team and priorities
Characters implemented should be depicted in the anime though their move sets may take inspiration from things in the manga
Noteseses
Feel free to create kits for future characters though. I’ve made kits for characters well ahead of the anime.
Haven't read the manga myself probably will after golden land
Criteria for characters is whether they have enough known info and anime appearances to make a unique deck
We do need some help coding but at this point most of the work is not making new characters
Genau reveal
@hybrid terrace what do you think about this concept?
I’m trying to think of something for him
Ohhh
This kit is fun, I like the ability and how it has mechanics to split the fight into like explicit phases
If you want something else to brainstorm I was thinking of making mana detection / mana concealment it's own mechanic which flamme, fern, serie, frieren, mana detection, etc would interact with so maybe nebeladora would too
130? too high
His HP costs are pretty high to balance that and he can’t gain permanent DEF by his cards
He also gets generally weaker with more damage on him because he loses stats and hits on his flurry of blades
Also fits in with the fact that he has extreme durability by lore and it’s only 5 HP more than Stark
Hmm I’ll try to think on it
Based on the deck not particularly
I could see an HP cost reduction and slight HP reduction being good tho
I also finally came up with Land concept
Oh nice I'll check that out too
It’s in the Land thread that already exists
Surprised nobody has come up with a genau kit yet since that's probably the one that'll be added right after kanne lawine lol
Could change tho
And well you guys have plenty of time
I have some ideas but I don’t really have a gimmick for him that ties everything together
Makes sense
He just kinda flies around and hits things with his wing
He also does a storm of feathers I guess
He's got good animations but maybe not a lot of "moves"
Yeah
Or more like I can come up with individual moves but there’s no inherent synergy or concept that binds them together
I see
I also have a Richter idea but he’s incredibly simple lol
Just has a limit break mechanic essentially
I think there may be something to having him modify terrain as a broader more interesting concept
But don’t have an idea how that even works in practice
Terrains would probably be some kind of effect for both opponents
But I got no ideas
Have him set up Trick Room
Would be kinda cool to have physical matter spells be represented somehow
Haven't seen the new season, avoiding spoilers rn
You should watch it
It’s pretty good
youre adding kanne lawine 🥹
Talking like I'm avoiding it
I'm really busy with school stuff this year
