Wash your hair anytime you workout/get sweaty or every 3-5 days.

How to wash my hair?
Gently shampoo and rinse. Then work conditioner in from the ends towards the roots. Dont condition your roots though. While conditioning, try detangling with your fingers carefully. Use lukewarm water. Let the conditioner sit for 2-5 minutes then rinse.

Once you're out of the shower, wrap your hair in a towel or cotton plopper. A cotton shirt works fine too. Once it's not dripping, work in your leave in conditioner and let it air-dry.

What kinda products do I need?
To start, everyone should have a paraben and sulfate free shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, wide bristle brush, and hair plopper. You need to change conditioners every 2-6 months, your body stops liking the same conditioner after awhile.

When do I brush?
If you have thin hair, do not brush it while it's wet. Brush before you shower, or detangle with your fingers gently while conditioning.

Haircuts?
Even while growing your hair out, get an inch or two cut every 6-8 months.

its called foundation because it evens and smooths the skin texture and tone, which looks kinda bleh and unnatural.

But once its even you can accentuate and add color where you want

at minimums you'll want foundation, eyeshadow (with a black one), lipstick, mascara, contour, and highlighter

you can use the lipstick as blush

with practice

contour isn't super necessary but its like magic, great for rounding out parts of the face you dont like

highlighter gives that like

extra oomf and sparkle, super good to use for natural looks

mascara looks cracked without eyeshadow, same the other way around.

and concealer is basically just full coverage foundation, but i recommend just starting with a full coverage foundation

hardest part is gonna be matching your skin tone

then the next hardest will be figuring out how to do eyeliner and eyeshadow
