#nether acts like overworld: dimension rules changed

i recently updated my paper server from 1.21.3 to 1.21.11 and with it updated incendium to datapack version 5.4.10, but when i did, the nether dimension rules (like piglins zombifying, water placing, beds exploding) all act like the overworld, as well as the sky being blue. i know this is an unsupported version but in DISCLAIMER.md it says that fixes will be provided for game breaking bugs. i think this is pretty broken, especially considering that you can completely cheese the inferno bossfight by flooding it with water, as a player did in the pictures attached. it also makes forbidden castles super easy to raid because you can box yourself/fly around for 15 seconds and then you cant be attacked (all piglin brutes are now neutral zombified piglins). this bug ruins the nether by making it boring and is essentially giving free loot to players who take advantage of this. i do have some other datapacks, and can specify plugins if needed. here is the datapack list:
terralith
incendium
nullscape
make unbreak (a custom one i made that lets me easily add the unbreakable component to items)
blazeandcave's advancements
amplified nether height
vanilla tweaks:

  • age lock
  • custom nether portals
  • silence mobs

this all worked fine until 1.21.11, and i made sure to update every datapack and plugin when i updated the server. i also tried resetting the nether, which also did not fix the issues.

EDIT: the incendium structures, weapons, and terrain generation all still work fine. thanks for fixing some of the bugs like the voltaic trident, players on my server are having fun!

I'd say that's almost definitely an issue with one of your plugins, check if you have any thay deal with dimension or multiple worlds.

I heard someone else had an issue with amp nether height messing up the dimension type file for the nether

wait ok i fixed it, sorry it wasnt an issue with incendium, apparently the nether height datapack wasnt for 1.21.11 and it wasnt correctly applying the rules so i renamed it a_amplified_nether_height and incendium to z_incendium and it changed the datapack loading order and made incendium take priority. ty tho for the help!
