#Strange Stone Brick Structures (pictured) in my plains village

I'm making a modpack for myself and my friends. Was playtesting it on a brand new, solo survival world when I found a plains village with a pair of these stone brick buildings (I removed their iron doors) that I haven't any clue which mod or datapack added. Nothing inside but a lantern and a walled off attic. 70% sure this isn't an issue caused by Stardust Labs mods, but I have no idea where else to ask.

  • Forge 1.20.1,
  • Terralith + Tectonic (mods),
  • Singleplayer,
  • Modlist available in screenshots
  • Datapacks available in screenshots.

P.S: I mined the second one, that's why it's ruined.

Also, I'm sorry if my mod folder being 100+ mods large makes my case more difficult.

Thanks! I'll use it Thursday!

#

Too busy tomorrow to try.

I tried both /wits and /witsop minecraft:overworld ~ ~ ~.

Seems like the structures are in the village building pool and as such count as part of the minefraft:village_plains structure.

I mean, it's no surprise, they are aligned with the dirt path like vanilla houses, it would be a pretty massive coincidence if they weren't part of the village.

Maybe...

#

...I just remembered.

There's this thing some Minecraft users can do, where they can pull the building blocks of a structure (ex: parts of a Nether Fortress, parts of a plains village!!!) into a superflat world to, which they used to dissect how structure generation functions in the game.

#

If these buildings are puzzle pieces introduced by a mod, and if I can figure out how to extract all the pieces into a sort of museum, I might find out where they come from much faster than if I were just removing/readding mods and trying to find random villages.

you could do that, but it wouldn't tell you what mod is inserting into the village

#

the best mod for "pulling the structures apart" in a superflat is CommandStructures

#

but again, it would simply just lay out the pieces of whichever structure you tell it to (aka plains village)

Thanks <3
Now I understand better that I must do something else. I guess I have no choice but to dig through my mods folder until I find the perpetrator 🫠 I was hoping I'd find a solution that's less tedious, since doing the digging is how I lost motivation many times before. I'll try my best.

For reference: current photos of the village.

#

Test #1: New world made with the same seed, but with mod "Create: Dynamic Village" removed.

#

Village looks drastically different in this photo.
Will keep testing.

#

Another world made with the same seed, BUT "Create: Dynamic Village" was re-added into the mod folder.

#

Still, I'm skeptical, as the two buildings were never showcased on "Create: Dynamic Village"s Modrinth/Curseforge pages, nor do those houses have any Create mod components to them at all. But checking both pages, there's bold text at the bottom claiming the mod adds "20 Total Plains, savanna, desert, taiga, and snowy village buildings". Will check further. Perhaps there's photo proof the buildings come from there.
