I dont doubt its one of my other mods causing this but was wondering if anybody had any idea of how to fix it or which mod may be conflicting

Problem was with croptopia for some reason, they're incompatible

i would report this to Croptopia - they should be "compatible". that error means they're adding their features to biomes in an incorrect order, so it's simply a bug
