No enderdragon and can not respawn it. Which mod is causing issue?

I reset my end dimension before installing, tried rebuilding a portal at 0,0

I am assuming its the ender dragon reborn mod, but i really like that mod.

is this a new server? if so, try deleting the level.dat and level.dat_old files inside of the world folder. reset the end dimension at the same time. that file holds data about the dragon fight, so hopefully should reset properly
