are you talking about the [[sparkles]] resourcepack that includes translations for all our biomes? you install that in your client's resourcepack folder

no, im sayong abt translitions for DATAPACKS. What im downloading from ''worldgen tranlations'' in JSON format. srry for log answering. i was got hitted by a car

yes, the resourcepack has the translations for the datapacks. but im not sure what you mean by "worldgen translations"

(you can't have translations to other languages inside a datapack, so a resourcepack is necessary)
