Sorry but I am seeing no seed under "Data>WorldGenSettings>dimensions>minecraft:overworld>generator>biome_source", just in the first location
that is extrmeely outdated advice on how to update Terralith, ignore the seed thing
that is for 1.18.2 --> 1.19 only
all you need to do is delete the old datapack and add the new datapack

The main issue I am encountering is this error in the console:

I suppose you removed these villagers or renamed them in the newer version
issue is known and will be fixed in 2.5.4. it causes absolutely zero issues or changes in your world, so you can safely ignore it
