Hi I have a few questions about the incendium data pack (not mod) in the latest version

1. Is there a way I can remove the custom items/mob drops and replace them with a vanilla item that does a similar thing? If this is possible how do I do that.

2. Is there a way to remove some structures?

3. How can I remove the advancements linked to the things I am removing from the data pack?

1. not very easily, you need to know what you're doing, and itll take a couple hours to do it correctly
2. easier than items: remove the structure references from the data/incendium/worldgen/structure_set file. but keep in mind that some of the structures have a lot of content
3. that's easy, just delete the advancement from data/incendium/advancements (do not touch the technical folder inside there)

when you do this, keep in mind to follow the [[license]], which prohibits your from sharing modified copies of Incendium

Do yk of any websites or yt videos that can help me with the first question I had or is that something that is not worth learning. If not then I might just remove the custom items completely but idk how to do that either so are you able to tell me how to do that if it’s possible?

half of it is knowing how to mess with datapacks, half of it is knowing how incendium is structured

theres no real "how to do it" instructions, since you need to be all-around familiar with datapacks. each datapack does it slightly differently, so there's no tutorial

but, if the item(s) you want to remove are only found in structures that you are removing, then you are therefore techncially removing the item from existing in your modified datapack

ok thx for the help, ill probably just have to keep them in the pack and ignore them since its a hassle to remove the items.

There is also a datapack that fully removes all custom items and custom structures but keeps the Biom and Worldgen if you are interested

Yeah apologies for the late reply but I would totally be interested in that what is it called? And would I be able to add the custom structures that I want to that data pack or is that not possible?

Also isn’t it against the license to share modifications of the pack or is this not considered that and just a separate data pack?
