I'm using terralith, mc version 1.18.2, terralith 2.2.4, mod, single player, forge, I'm using other mods(there is 499mods(I just sent the mod folder)), I have add the crash log. I have no clue what's happening, I just need help. i have been working on this pack for weeks and im so close to getting it working.

I've never seen that error before

brave skiff
#

i dont like the sound of that

wheat fractal
#

remove the Cultural Delights mod and try again

#

the error doesn't point to that mod but in the past I've seen issues with it

brave skiff
#

ok, when i read your statement earlier, it was like going it a check up for a fever and finding out you can name a new dieses after yourself

#

im starting the pack up now, and i have the output log on if you need that

crash report with cultural delights gone

#

are you messing around with worldgen with KubeJS at all?

brave skiff
#

no

#

i have that installed for repices changes

wheat fractal
#

the only thing that I can think of is that some mod is incorrectly adding some new feature to terrain generation but its messed up very badly

#

but the error gives no information

brave skiff
#

would you like to see the output log?

wheat fractal
#

I guess its worth a shot to see whats in it

brave skiff
#

do you want me to stream it?

wheat fractal
#

no, just sending the log file will be sufficient

brave skiff
#

how do i send that?

wheat fractal
#

.minecraft/logs/latest.log

I don't see anything in there that would be causing the error

brave skiff
#

#

wheat fractal

well, this is a modpack for my friends and i(first time trying), i went overboard with mods in the beginning(1221 mods) and i just been removing a lot of them to get to now and it showed me hope and slapped me. back to the grind. have a good night/morning

wheat fractal
#

1221?!

brave skiff

i got a lot i mean a lot of decoration mods. my two friends are really big into building, cosmetic, and magic mods. i remove a lot of mods that did the same thong

#

im the freind that has create, tinkers , thermal, ect.

#

right now im testing numbers to j mods

brave skiff
#

i have found out what mod was causing the crash, project red: exploration which deals with world gen

wheat fractal
#

ah

brave skiff
#

the pack is working now, and im still removing some mods

brave skiff
#

heads up, the error might be happening again

brave skiff
#

i take that back

brave skiff
#

heyo, i think i may have activated that bug again

it is extremely unlikely to be caused by terralith alone (since the update has been out for so long and you're the only one having issues). it is likely caused by another worldgen mod interferring with another one (not necessarily terralith, but could be). anyways, i would do the below for all your worldgen mods. i cant really help you beyond that. the only clue i got for you is that its something that messes with vanilla biomes

Sometimes, when you are trying to figure out what mod is causing your crash, you need to result to the "remove until it stops crashing" method. Here is an efficient way to do so:

  • Divide your mods in half: Half A and Half B.
  • Add Half A to your game/server, and start.
  • If it crashes, remove half of Half A.
  • If it does not crash, add half of Half B.
  • Repeat the process until it's narrowed down to the culprit!
