Does Terralith overrides vanilla structures location?

hello respectful Stardust Team,
does terralith or any other datapacks (structory, towers) overrides vanilla structures location like stronghold or ocean monument?

meaning, if both worlds (of normal and terralith) have a same seed, will it change stronghold/ocean monument location?

it doesn't "override" the locations - but due to how terralith changes the biome distribution, structures may not always spawn in the same spots

so something like chunkbase may give you a general idea, but may not always be exact

(but strongholds are practically always in the same spot)
