I was playing Incendium with a friend, and he used a return scroll in the nether. It took him out of the worldborder we had set in the overworld, and he died instantly! We're using a paper server where every worldborder for each world is set to 20000 diameter. Could this be paper's fault or an oversight on your end?

Update to the latest version, the scroll now teleports you back to the overworld spawn
