The command to host the default number of people would just be -host kyogre but that is if you are inviting people to a raid. Kyogre is not out yet

You might not be able to fix it. I still see it on my iOS client.

Basically, what it means is you do not having typing permissions in that channel. In this server, that typically means you are either muted, or there is an active raid currently being hosted, so you’ll have to wait until that host finishes before you can host your raid.

Okay, so, right now RaidBot is going through a little spell of raid burnout. He was working way too fast to try and make raid lobbies and somewhere along the way he skipped a step or two.
He's taking much too long to create lobbies and now some users are in multiple lobbies.

We are working on fixing this issue and getting RB caught back up again. We'll need some time to do so.

In the meantime, please double check you're not tied up hosting or in multiple lobbies as a joiner.

RaidBot can only handle so much. Most of the time he just sits on simmer, happily creating lobbies for all to join and battle.
But, every so often, something new and exciting to everyone comes around and people cannot wait to either host or join.
During these times, RB overheats just a smidge and sometimes, tends to boil over.
He was made to make things easier and more efficient, but he is no magician.
He gets stuck and we give him a little push and he works again.
I understand that it can be frustrating, but when people lack patience and try to rush him, he's gonna freeze up.

The reason you cannot host at this time is because there are active raids. RB works on a first come, first serve basis. You gotta get in where you fit in. He only actively generates one raid at a time.
If you see multiple raids active, most likely they're re-hosts from our hosts just running drop offs.
All active raids must be filled before a new one can be hosted.
RB has been laggy all day because of the demand for Kyogre.
Utilize your copy and paste and be ready to post as soon as you can. Aside from that, patience will be your friend here.

The reason I don't recommend this method for new hosts is because RB isn't used here. Lobbies aren't created and it can get confusing and overwhelming. Users post for trainers to invite and end up with a countless number of trainers wanting in and lack the ability to invite them all. It's hard to moderate. We can't warn for people not being invited when there's no way to tell who should've been, nor if there was even a raid to invite to. We can't warn for failure to commit when we don't know who was invited and who wasn't and who jumped ship thinking it couldn't be done.
Not everyone can effectively raid this way.

Believe you me, I have done my fair share of fighting to get in where I fit in.
