Go to where you can see all the channels and then select #welcome-info, once you are there scroll up and select your team (instinct, valor or mystic) and then go back to the text channels and you will be able to see #profile-setup

If you have already selected your team a while ago but not set up your profile, try unreacting to your team and then re-reacting to it
