How to host raid with 2 accounts

That can be tricky if you’re going to do that make sure you communicate with the raiders so only 5 people will add the alt account you would go to gym in person as there can only be 10 remote raiders have 5 people add the one account you’re hosting with then have 5 other people add the alt .

Be sure to add all members you’re hosting for as failure to invite all members will result in a warning

I often see people hosting raids with numbers say of 10 or so, when clearly the max invites is 5. How is this being done?

It is possible to invite up to 10 people to a raid (9 if the host is using a remote raid pass). The way it’s done is that the host invites the first wave (5 invites), waits for one of the invited members to join the raid lobby (this is to ensure that the invites have been sent), then the host leaves the lobby, waits approximately 10-20 seconds, then rejoins the raid and invites the rest of the members. It takes some skill to be able to do this, and I would recommend you practice it on t1 and t3 raids if you are interested in learning how to do it.

Okay, seems like it cuts the time pretty short. I wasn't aware if there was an easier way as I often host raids with my girlfriend right beside me. We were trying to figure the easiest way for her to also host/invite on the disc server to get as many people in.

if you're both using remote passes as well, you can only invite 8, as there is a cap of 10 remote raiders per raid lobby.

there is a cooldown of 30 seconds between the first and second wave of invites though, so if you invited the first batch (clicking "send" on the invites) at 110s, you need to re-enter the raid lobby when it's 80s and under for it to work.

to be honest it's always a bit of a risk. so unless you're confident, most bosses are quite manageable with 6 (or 7 if you have your girlfriend) people
