The bot doesn't show you as being in a lobby, but for some reason then it thinks you have done that raid already which is why it displays that message. I would like to assume that as you're not new here you weren't reacting to 2 raids at the same time?

Hi, if it says you don't have permission to type in the channels that's because there's probably another raid being hosted in there. When a raid is being filled the channel will lock.

Also if you are referring to the padlock on the # name of the raid channels, it is like that for everyone. It just means it's a channel that can't be seen until members have completed the #welcome-info and #profile-setup stages

Having too many raids open at one time puts a lot of pressure on the bot. I believe it was discussed for Charizard to have it's own channel but the outcome I saw was that it is not quite reaching the numbers to have it.

If you don't wish to wait for the channel to unlock to post your raid, you can alternatively post in #legacy-all-raids where there is no bot or channel lock

We did have 2 channels and there wasn't enough demand for it. There are more people wanting to host than there are people wanting to join. Keeping a single channel allows for a steady flow of hosts that fill up the majority of the time.

I understand, but there is not a lot of people trying to join the raids. Some of the raids sit in the channel for longer than 10-20 seconds before filling up. If there was a second channel it would split up the people who want to join, and potentially raids don't get filled.

You can alternatively try posting that you have a Xerneas raid to host in #legacy-all-raids, there is no bot there so no wait time.

The bot will auto mute people if it doesn't recognise what was sent as a host command, to prevent chatting in the raid channel, so there is a need to be careful what is being sent. Can you remember if you typed it correctly?

To set up you shouldn't need that but it would be in the server settings (right click on server name or on the message to get the message ID) I believe you need to have on developer mode for that though
