If you are hosting, it doesnt really matter as you can join on your alt if youre present at a gym. However adding two accounts to 1 raid is not allowed since the host can only invite 5 members at a time.

Of course if someone is missing and if you ask, the host will allow you to invite your alt if you so wish.
