It worked! For future reference to other helpers, if someone has trouble reaching Modmail, updating your profile in #profile-setup works and puts the user back into the server so they can use Modmail again. 😊

@prisma umbra the channel will only allow one raid to be hosted at a time. Hang tight, and when the previous lobby is full, you should be able to type your host command.

Umm how actually does the @prisma umbra bot work people live in different time zones

And that would be confuseing

This is a world wide server so when a raid boss is set to come in then the counter goes until the first possible time (local) that a raid could happen. This doesn't unlock most raid channels though because raid channels need to be opened using verified raids (someone needs to send a pic of the raid they have for the channel to open)

Who do I talk to about getting an account unbanned? My 14 year old son plays and made a mistake by trying to host a raid. Which he stuffed up and is now banned from joining the server.

He has special needs and he really loves playing Pokemon. He is quite upset about being banned .
