Okay so when someone else is trying to host a raid in the channel you want to host the raid in you need to wait until that lobby is full. (the tag will say FULL and have a red tag instead of a green tag) After the raid lobby is full then you should have permission to create a raid lobby. You most likely have to be quick to be able to host.

You can also keep the people who did not leave and adjust rehost numbers so that you can fill up remaining space, that way everyone won't ultimately lose a pass. Also be sure to take screenshots, those will help you alot so mods can take care of people who try to abandon raid/lobby @steady bronze

The answer to this in right in #faq . Q: Why don't I have permission to message in the raid channels?
A: Only 1 person can host at a time. You won't be able to write anything until the current raid being hosted is FULL or the Raidbot sends a message that there were not enough people.

Hi there. Sorry to hear about your frustration, however, do know that this is a global server with over 90,000 members. Hence, it's not just about you hosting raids as and when you want, but also about others, and there is a queue system in place to prevent too many raids from being hosted at once (because none of them would fill and that would be worse).

I have a screen record on my phone SHOWING what is wrong, if any admins or mods wanna reach out to me, I will gladly show you what’s happening.

Ok this is getting a bit ridiculous- because only one person can host at a time, we can only type in PART of a host command before we are unable to use keyboard. However, once read only is done, the “send” button won’t appear once command is complete. This literally means I have to monitor the chat like a hawk for 10-30 min just to host one raid... there must be a way to fix this...

We are constantly working to improve our server and thank you for the feedback! In the meantime I would keep a host command copy and paste-ready to help with this. It doesn't always work with the mass amount of people hosting at once but it can help
