There is no way to disable slow mode on those channels. Slow mode is there so people can only post once every minute or so. The time between messages can vary from channel to channel.

Are you looking at verfied-host channel?

You can only host raids there if you have the role verfied host

also when there is another host going on, you need wait for it to finish

as long as there is a host going on, the channel is locked
