Odd question. Why do some hosts only ask for four participants while others ask for six.

For example, most peopel can solo #740032536163647520 raids, so they jsut ask for a few peoplpe if they are interested in a raid.

The last few days of giratina and darkrai, I usually said 4 6 or 5 6 ssince you really dont need that many people.

In hopes of randomly being selected to get into a lobby.

Once you get into a lobby, you will have this image be displayed

Join this channel, add t he lobby host, then get inivted to a raid!

You will need to react to the 👍 when a raid is posted. If there are more reactions within the first 10 seconds than the maximum requested by the host, the raidbot will select at random the pple to join the raid. If, after 10 seconds the maximum is not reached, it will take the players in the order reacted.

If you are selected you will receive a notification and be placed in a private channel with the host and other raiders. The channel can be found above the raids section in the channel list. The host's friends code will be provided by the bot in a copy/paste format. Add the host and once host receives all adds, you should be invited to the raid.
You can type -leave after 8 minutes to leave the private channel and proceed to joining another raid.

Do you want to host a raid but don't know how? The easiest way of hosting is to host in the "raids" category. This includes:

#heatran, #740032536163647520 , #weather-boosted, #mega-raids, #mega-blastoise, #mega-venusaur, and #740032611900194896

You only need one simple command, and that command is: -host.

To use the host command, you can type, "-host @pokemonname 2 6"

The 2 and the 6 are the minimum and maximum amount of players you want to join. This can be altered according to your liking. Do note that the minimum is 2 but the maximum can be up to 11. (Please do not host for 11 people unless you have two accounts that can invite all of them or you're going to host two batches.)

@mystic frigate If you can't send messages in #mega-raids it's because only 1 person can host at a time. You won't be able to write anything until the current raid being hosted is FULL or is closed by Raidbot with the not enough players message. 🙂

welcome Do you want to host a raid but don't know how? The easiest way of hosting is to host in the "raids" category. This includes:

#heatran, #740032536163647520 , #weather-boosted, #mega-raids, #mega-blastoise, #mega-venusaur, and #740032611900194896

You only need one simple command, and that command is: -host.

To use the host command, you can type, "-host @pokemonname 2 6"

The 2 and the 6 are the minimum and maximum amount of players you want to join. This can be altered according to your liking. Do note that the minimum is 2 but the maximum can be up to 11. (Please do not host for 11 people unless you have two accounts that can invite all of them or you're going to host two batches.)
