I've been running into a lot of issues with host not abiding by the rules. The players get called out alot but no one says anything to the host. I've had 3 host in under 24 hours not send invites.
Or like in this example not even have his friend code in his name
Or like in the above case the host never invited anyone and then just cane back and closed the chat
Is there a way to report users not following the rules of the server??
Also a lot of host trying to invite people to raid, then try to host a new room while hosting another and not everyone getting invited.

where can i report trainers a) who do not show up in the private room altogether? it's frustrating because we need a sufficient number to beat the raid boss, short of this may mean a waste of rrp; b) those who would show up but would let everyone wait because they get 'side tracked' or other flimsy reason.

Basically if you want to host in the Zapdos raid you specify an amount of people you need and use the command in #welcome-info people will then like your post and a private lobby will open. They will then have to add you

when a raid is posted, no other messages may be sent in that channel until the invite is complete. What this means is that you will no longer have to try and figure out if an invite is already out. If you can post it, you are good.

when i host, is it fine to add a note that the raid starts in 5 mins or something? or is it expected that if we host the raid will start asap? I know we cant host unhatched raids.
For example if its a raid that not too popular, like an old mega, i would rather get the ppl in the lobby before i go or drive to the raid.

Hmm. It’s preferred to only start the host channel when you’re actually at the raid. People dont like waiting in lobbies. But a little note saying “START IN 2 MIN” wouldnt hurt anyone I suppose? I wouldnt go for more than 2 minutes max tho.
Make sure the egg is hatched already tho, that is a rule however. Also try not to make a habit out of the fact that you will always start lobbies +2min waittime
Also if you notice or we notice complaints start rolling in because of it, it wont be allowed at all. So make sure to follow it up nicely
