Because we had a lot of autoclickers and the same people were getting all the raids. We have 6800 people on this server so it’s the most fair method so everyone gets an equal chance to raid

There’s no way to block them from joining all the raids, just to block them from joining more than one raid at a time.
But the old bot method always took the people that would respond first. So with autoclickers, they always responded first and therefore got all the raids. Wasn’t fair to anyone else

Hi, @lofty topaz. Thanks for the inquiry. The easiest way of hosting is to host in the "raids" category. This includes:
#746059097639616622, #740032536163647520, #741398609475666031, and #740032611900194896
You only need one simple command, and that command is: -host.
To use the host command, you can type, "-host @pokemonname 2 6"
The 2 and the 6 is the minimum and maximum amount of players you want to join. This can be altered according to your liking.

I believe there is a bug with the bot where if the maximum amount of people hasn't been reached by the end of initial 10 seconds, the raid will be pending until the timer on the check is completely done. I know that's the intention if it doesn't fill right away, but even if cap is reached after the first 10 seconds it still makes you wait the 2 minutes

Late to the party here but I do the same as @lethal pike The bot lists all the names of the people who got into the raid. You can copy this single line of text (all the names of the invitees, separated by commas) and paste it into the search bar when inviting. Most of the time if will grab the 5 names you need. If it's missing one I just backout and scroll looking for it. @golden moon

Either works @drifting flare. If the other person also has discord, doing separate hosts would probably be best so that the adding process is easiest, but otherwise doing 6 11 is totally fine too. Just make sure you tell half the lobby right away to add another person

I have muted allchannels because I am not interested in these pokemon, only care for Weather Boosted.
Muting should atleast negate notifications so I don't get pinged by this, this works for other servers. Somehow, this server still notifies me for all mega channels eventho I muted the whole server, the channels individually and then weather boosted itself on notifcations to allow. What can be done about this?
Right now I have no difference between muting this server or not.

Have you tried disabling role pings? Probably why you're still getting pinged. Although afaik muting role pings apply to the whole server and you're not able to apply them in individual channels

Okay I’ll take care of it. I’m sorry that happened. In the future, if you see the raid timer is that low, you’re not obligated to raid. You won’t get in trouble for backing out. That’s why we have a rule that the host must have 10 mins left on the raid gym when hosting.

Thumbing up does not guaruntee your spot in a lobby. The bot will randomly pick the maximum amount of players from those who thumbed up. If the raid can't be filled before the initial 90s buffer then it's first come first serve.

@willow coyote To put it simply, you need a minimum 3 people, right? That's why you made it 4 6? Well, the reaction includes the bot. That means only two people reacted.

The following host did the same yet received exactly 6 reacts and got the BOT to say "FULL".

@next isle If people are in other lobbies or reacted to multiple hosts and got into another then their reactions will not count towards opening a lobby because they're not eligible to be placed in a new one.

Is there a way you can see which lobby I was in last? The host never held the raid after postponing and postponing. They also didn’t have their user name set up correctly. I have their friend code but that’s all.

Go to repsective raid channel, and type "-host @pokemonname x y" without ", with x minimum player can join and y maximum player can join, those x and y number include yourself

@livid rain thank you! @solid knot sent a couple messages during the lobby that went nowhere advising the user to change their Discord name to the correct format and advised them they couldn’t start a raid before the egg hatches after the host said we’d have to wait seven minutes.

There are several ways to change your nickname on Discord. These are:
1.) Click on the arrow pointing down next to the name of the server and click on the change nickname option.
2.) Tap/right click on your name and and select change nickname.
3.) type "/nick "username and friend code" " and press enter. You will then get a confirmation from Clyde if you are successful. (Please remember to not include the " when doing this)

@dusky vortex no in the other instances he’s referring to, the hosts started the raid with less than 10 mins on the gym. Can confirm it was not his fault or “his problem”.

then the host will accept the friend request and invite you to the raid
