I wanted to try the -rehost as I was curious and would like to see it real time. When I sent however the two that joined were lower levels so I stayed to help just in case lol. Is there a way to either:
-specify hosting only? (Would this go after the 2 6 part?)
-or check the levels before committing to dropping the users off in the raid?

Hello! Yes as per #793767024262119433 you are asked to put some version of “just hosting” at the end of the command to let raiders know it’ll be one less than they think (example command: -host articuno 5 6 wb just hosting ). However, we do not have a system in place to check levels of players so when you set the minimum pls be mindful of the fact that if you get the minimum number of players, they should still be able to beat it even at lower levels. Hope this helps!

Ok noted. I saw the wb example and was worried it wasn't just a text all field lol. For context it was a chansey but these days who knows what levels may or may not beat that beefy boi with 2 lol

Yeah, I’d recommend checking pokebattler.com, great site where you can see how many people are necessary to beat a raid. However to account for lower level players when hosting here I’d honestly double what they say

Oh and btw, you can also change the parameters of your rehost by simply adding them after (example: original was -host articuno wb just hosting but the weather changed since then and maybe someone got kicked by a niantic bug in the previous lobby, you could then do -rehost 5 5 just hosting, already have 1)

Those Hosts rehost a raid, which will make the raid be posted from the lobby and it saves you from needing to post it yourself. It will give them a full new group of players and is essentially a new raid

It is possible to do it with 5star raids but I do not recommend. Its better to do this with a popular 3star or a 1star like rockruff, where as you say, they cant fail

Oh are you asking if there is a way to ping your lobby when you’re hosting and about to send invites? When raidbot makes the channel it pings everyone with their pogo name next to it. You can simply copy and edit that message to ping when you send invites if you’d like. Hope this helps!

Basically, it's like this: You see a raid posted by a host which you'd like to join and you like/react to it. If there's too much interest, the bot randomly selects who gets to join. If you're chosen, you'll be pulled into the channel that's created for that lobby with other trainers and your host.
The bot provides a code to add and off you go.

As long as it had at least 10 mins when you did -host, you won’t be punished!

If you hosted with more than 10 minutes on the clock and the time runs oit bexause of an issue with the bot that is not your fault.
