i need to create a website not professional as its just a project but i couldn't able to find the proper idea or template and don't have much idea

@uneven pike these would be fairly generic layouts whereas it sounds like you have a very specific use-case.
One approach could be to look at your initial design requirement and find the closest matching layout and then edit from there.
But might be that differences are to such an extent that you're better off starting from scratch than from a template.
It all depends on what you're building.
As for editing the templates, if you choose to go that route, the template would be regular html/css, so you would pull that into your editor and customise as needed.
