You can find the materials in #📝follow-along-materials
A good website that lists the homework by class is (there will be a link that will allow you to download the relevant class material): https://communitytaught.org/class/all
Thank you very much
Hi, I am not seeing the follow-along-materials channel. Can you assist?
Under "Learn with Leon & Friends"
Try clicking the blue channel name that Matt posted. If it doesn’t work, you haven’t opted in to the roles that you need
TYSM, I have got it working
what if you can download them but you cant get them to open in the vs code program?
are you extracting the files from the zip folder?
once you extract them, there are two folders. you can ignore the "_MACOSX" folder. the other folder has all the material.
you can then right-click a project folder (for example class 4 has a "basic-css" project folder) and open with VSCode. Or, you can open a folder from inside VSCode
no, im just trying to get the materials folder to show up in the vs code but it doesnt want to open any way i try
how are you trying to open the folder? As long as the zip file is extracted, you should be able to navigated to the extracted folder within VSCode and open it
maybe a screenshot could help
the only folder i can navigate to be opened is the full class materials folder but if i try opening it up it says its either binary or uses unsupported text encoding
