Hey I am downloading my mods right now. I did my performance related ones, but its not letting me download other ones in the same instance for example the hold my items mod. If anybody could help me that would be great.

If you see this, it means that there is no version of the mod that works on one of your instances, for example you have 2 instances, one is fabric 1.21.11 and the other is forge 1.20.1, and the mod is only made for neoforge 1.21.1, it means that you can't install that mod on a instance you have
