When I play on version 1.21.1 of NeoForge, chunks load very slowly. My PC is not bad, it’s the same with optimization mods, but on version 1.20.1 everything loads perfectly for me.

Minecraft isn't very optimized, and its very basic that chunks don't load fast, try using mods like chunky to pregenerate chunks if you haven't already
