app directory is D drive but C drive is still filling up | Modrinth | Page 1

everything is installed in my D drive, but whenever i download stuff or play on the server, both my C and D drives fill up. i already changed the app directory so why is my C drive still filling up??? i purged cache too but nothing seems to work i have to uninstall it over and over again. i already made sure to install the modpack after i change the app directory so why is my C drive still filling up despite everything being told to install in D???????????

Modrinth saves some data to %AppData% which is on C drive

depends on the modpack, last modpack was like 4gb so i stopped playing it, the current one is around 1gb or less i thnk

I wonder if it stores some kind of cache while downloading stuff. It would be the best if someone that worked on the app looked at it and explained what's going on

Thats completely fine. Most of the data from the modpack is still going into my D drive, only a little bit goes into the C drive. Its just that i’d rather not have any go into C drive at all since my C drive has very little storage
