i have 14gb allocated memory, more than enough, runs completely fine in the crew motorfest, list of mods are shown, distant horizons is not active, shaders off, render distance minimum, (litematica is active and showing the schem)

does it show that the game's using your 5090 in F3 or the logs? it could be using your integrated graphics instead
