server resource pack

I am having trouble adding a resource pack to my server. i pasted the dropbox download link into here and also tried with google drive download link and it still doesnt work. the textures are just purple and black boxes. i tried with a different random resource pack i got off modrinth and it works fine.

Upload it to something like this: https://mc-packs.net/ and copy the link and the sha1 or you could probably use a different tool to just calculate the sha1

the folder has a mcmeta file

i also tried a different site and copy pasted the link and sha1 into server properties and the textures still dont show
