Need help importing a curseforge modpack and making it an instance

I already have the modpack downloaded with the zip file but it doesnt want to let me import it

You cant import it directly. The choises are: Use a launcher such as Prism Launcher to import the CurseForge modpack to the launcher and then choosing the import from launcher option in the Modrinth App OR you can download each mod one-by-one from the modlist.html file (if it exists inside the zip archive) OR you can ask someone to convert it to a mrpack for you (the first 2 options are probably the best)
