A psychological horror mod based on the ARG video “Searching for a World that doesn’t exist.” Please go and watch it, because it’s good
Anyway, the mod would involve you just casually playing Minecraft, until you are suddenly being tracked and led by some unseen entity. You can’t outsmart it, can’t defeat it, can’t outrun it. It’s not trying to hunt you. Not trying to kill you. Not trying to scare you. It’s leading you to find it.
You’ll find structures in your world, both leading to and also trying to warn you about what this thing is
When, not if, you do find it, your screen will suddenly go dark for half a minute, before you are kicked from the world entirely, with the error message being changed to “I warned you. You didn’t listen.”
When you try to re-enter the world, it will never work again, nor will any other world with the mod
No jumpscares, no visible entities, no escape.
If you want to play with the mod again, you’ll have to delete the mod entirely and then redownload it again
I know this mod doesn’t exist yet, but I am hoping it’ll be created someday
