They put it on my individual server page. I hate to be rude to these guys but I have asked 4 times now and cannot get any information. Very poor customer service so far

if it was scheduled then it's a very poor decision to do so while support is not online and without a notice on the server page during it

im in the same boat. This is absolutely unacceptable. We are new to Modrinth because we heard good things but this makes me think otherwise

Got in contact with support, so this was a planned and apparently sent to emails (can't verify that due to not having email access to the account tied to the server)

if your server is up (like ours just went back up) contact support for a direct IP while their DNS records update

Hey everyone, support is available during the migration via the bubble in your panel, but there isn’t much they can help with since this downtime is expected. We intentionally do this late at night to minimize impact, since fewer people are online

The downtime should only last around 1–2 hours, and everything should be back up afterward! If you run into any issues later tonight or tomorrow, feel free to open a support ticket and the team can help or credit time if needed

Sorry again for the downtime. Unfortunately, we do need to take machines offline occasionally to perform maintenance

It’s possible your server is in a kind of “zombie” state. We ran into a few cases like this during maintenance a few weeks ago, where servers on the old hardware didn’t shut down properly and had to be cleaned up afterward. I thought we fixed this though

If you’re still seeing issues once maintenance is complete, please open a support ticket and the team can fix it and credit any extra time as needed!!

Just checking in. I responded to my support ticket as my rep wanted me to provide an update but still nothing. Anyone else in this thread returned to normal operating capacity?

@bright dock I appreciate your quick replies once you joined the thread for support. Unfortunately it seems that things still are not functioning. This my server's second day using Modrinth and these type of issues so quickly are indeed disappointing with no end in sight. I hope my players who play during the daytime will be able to login tomorrow as normal. I've heard good things about you guys and your professional courtesy is appreciated! Thanks again and I hope we can see a good experience moving forward!
