Hey @formal glen i needed another mod aswell so i might aswell ask you for a quote. I need somthing so that when you have the dragon egg in your inventory for over 15 minutes you get chose any level 2 beacon buff to be applied only to you. You should be unable to put in an enderchest there should be a command to do like /egg locate and gives you the player who has it, the chest or where its placed

How much would something like that be

Because if i understand it correctly than just setup a repeating command block with the command

/clear @a [item name]

Also you can remove their recipes via a datapack as far as i know

And if you want for example change the damage of an item do

/execute as @a[nbt={SelectedItem:{id:"minecraft:[Item id]"}}] run attribute...

The last is just an example its a bit more work but basically thats the command
