Round off vanilla 90° rail corners and make them Curvy!

For: Neoforge 1.21.1

This mod adds two curvy rail corners, one smaller 2x2 curve, and a larger 3x3 curve. Minecarts move smoothly around the corners.

Note: this mod is in alpha and is probably somewhat glitchy. It shouldn't cause any gamebreaking bugs, but likely will be a bit janky.

I'd like to try adding some more curve types (like a 45° rail) in the future. Do y'all have any suggestions for new curve types?; I'm open to ideas.

Currently the curves are formed by Shift+RightClick ing on a vanilla 90° corner, but I'd like to experiment with other placement methods too
