I'm looking to withdrawing some money I've earned from Modrinth, but I've noticed these numbers and percentages, what do they mean?

I'm assuming they might be fees? But since I don't know what these numbers mean, I don't know which of the 2 would be the best option for withdrawing the money and lose as little money as possible from the fees.
