no your modpack wont be saved

you can use the launcher without a acc which is fine

yea but if i get an acount can i just coppy all the files/saves over to the new account? because ive done it with a minimap while transfering to modrinth launcher

When you sign in to your Modrinth account on the device that has the mod packs the mod packs will not be deleted, they don’t save over the cloud though.

So mod packs will stay on your computer even when you switch accounts
