Tools just not working

a few days ago I removed some random mods from my personal modpack and it broke the shovel tool category completely. Dirt, grass, sand and other Shovel tools had no breaking tool anymore, I initially ignored it until 2 days ago I removed some more mods and now the pickaxe tool category is gone. So stuff like Ores, Stone and other things I cant break anymore. Does anyone know the issue?

Don't remove big feature mods unless you have to. Figure out what mods you'll use before beginning a playthrough. This is probably unfixable.

I'll do that after I try this other thing I found, its a mod that supposedly fixes broken tags so if it works I'll change this post to solved and add the mod here if anyone ever needs it
