lost 2fa authenticator

ok guys please help me. I lost my 2fa authenticator verification and also my backup codes. I've read the forums and everything I dont have modrinth+ or the servers. BUT I do i have paypal linked to it that sends paypal money to my bank account which I know the last 4 digits. If I can get support on this let me know help please!
