he prob wants it to be removed since it changed his wall paper, ill just say that its a horror pack so and as long as it doesnt have malware, viruses or anything that take/injects info into or from your pc theres nothing wrong,

don't report content here, report it on the site. generally, it changing your wallpaper isn't really malicious

go to the site, click the 3 dots button in the top right of the project page (over to the right of the download button), and click report. provide as much info as you can.

having said that, this does not seem to be a malicious project
