Game taking ages to load

so I started loading world like a hour ago n only progress its made is be at 2% for an hour n the progress bar at bottom of loading screen from some mod went from loading structures to pathfinding, the game isn't frozen at all https://mclo.gs/41IlUvd

Maybe out of memory, allocate more

it got 8 gb memory game isn't frozen I can hover over exit button I launched it before n it worked fine on 120 fps

8 gb for the instance 16gb for the pc

its just stuck on 0% rn (only moving thing is progress bar at bottom sliding through

now its at 2% n stays there
