Oh wait, the modrinth versions of MC actually reccomend that you have "Fabulously Optimized" in the mods list. Adding it might fix it, or removing the file mentioned on line 344 of the logs. If neither of those work, then IDK whats going on. It looks like the file started with a quotation mark instead of a {, and that's what its complaining about(l347:"Expected BEGIN_OBJECT but was STRING at line 1 column 1...")
Perhaps replace the file with the following?
