I can't play any modpack on modrinth my pc keeps force restarting

It doesn't seem to be a problem with minecart

More likely your hardware overeating

Or something really messed up with your system

because i can play other games

apex legend and LOL run fine but everytime I load into a minecraft game

Any Minecraft game? Have you tried vanilla or an optimization pack

i will try vanilla

your computer should definitely not be restarting on its own just from playing minecraft, that indicates a bigger problem

weird that it's not happening with other games though

maybe a windows thing?

If you want there are many optimization packs on Modrinth that should be less resource intensive with vanilla
