I've already changed my payment method. I suspect they tried to charge my credit card, but the CVV expired that day since it's digital. I've already changed the payment method, but it won't let me renew my subscription. I need help, as many of my players are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to play on the server again without losing their progress.

dont make multiple requests, make one ticket and follow the instructions untill you can talk to a human, we all know the process is terrible and very customer-unfriendly
