we can not help you here. this is for community support, comunity memebers cant help you with things like billing as they are not modrinth staff

you get direct contact to human representitives, if the automated chatbot cant help you
dont make multiple requests, make one ticket and follow the instructions untill you can talk to a human, we all know the process is terrible and very customer-unfriendly

there is nothing we can help you about that, if you are unhappy about the customer support, you dont have to use modrinth servers.
